Private Fee Schedule:
We offer a competitive fee schedule with the ability to provide an insurance reimbursement form upon request.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full at time of service
We accept cash, Apple Pay, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
Note: credit card chargebacks will require a $25.00 additional fee
We request that an active credit card be kept on file for those charges incurred when the patient is present (i.e. forgot payment for session) or not present (i.e. telephone therapy, Skype, document preparation, missed/late/cancelled appointments)

Communication Policy:
Please contact the office at (914) 244-7208. If unable to answer, please leave your full name, telephone number, and a brief description of your concerns and Dr. McDaniel will respond to your call by the end of the business day for all routine matters. If it is an urgent issue, please contact (212) 203-1748. If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Medication Refills:
Prescription refills require at least a two (2) business day advance notice and the following information: full name, date of birth, name of medication, dosage, frequency, and the name and telephone number of your local pharmacy. Controlled medication (i.e. Xanax, Ambien, Adderall, etc) WILL NOT be called in over the phone. Note: medication may not be refilled in the event of a missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointment.

No Show/Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the appointment time set aside for you. A late cancellation defined as less than 48 hours advance notice (not including evenings, weekends, or holidays) or no show is subject to a service charge equal to the length of the session missed. Consistent application of this policy is the only way to reinforce the importance of your care.

Termination of Care:
Multiple no shows or late cancellations, noncompliance with treatment recommendations, and/or persistently late payments or fees for services provided may result in termation of care from Dr. McDaniel's private practice at any time.
